These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Vedati.ai services, including AI voice agents, scheduling workflows, CRM/calendar integrations, and communication tools.

Use of services

You may use Vedati services only in compliance with applicable laws, carrier rules, platform policies, and these Terms.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business and contact information.
  • Obtain all required consents before calls, recordings, SMS messages, or other communications.
  • Use Vedati only for lawful and authorized purposes.
  • Maintain accurate scripts, knowledge bases, policies, and integration permissions.

Messaging and consent

Customers using SMS features must obtain valid consent from recipients, clearly disclose message purpose and frequency, honor opt-outs, and avoid prohibited or misleading content.

Acceptable use

You may not use Vedati to send spam, fraudulent messages, deceptive communications, illegal content, or communications that violate carrier or Twilio messaging policies.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but availability may vary due to maintenance, third-party providers, network conditions, or events outside our control.
