These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to appointment reminder and scheduling text messages sent by Vedati.ai and businesses using Vedati.ai services.

Program description

Vedati may send SMS appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, rescheduling notices, cancellation notices, and related service communications connected to appointments scheduled through Vedati-enabled workflows.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You may receive messages when an appointment is booked, changed, approaching, cancelled, or requires follow-up.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
